The rules, stated plainly.

The hygiene rule
Piercing jewellery — nose pins and studs — can be returned or exchanged only while the pack is unopened and the tamper seal is intact. This is not fine print. It is a hygiene rule, stated plainly: we cannot resell metal that has touched another person's skin, so we cannot take it back once the seal is broken.
The kada, the exception
Kadas do not pierce, so they get the more generous rule. Try one on, take your time with the fit, and if it is not right, send it back within 7 days of delivery in unworn condition — no marks, no scratches, in its original box. If you ordered the wrong size, the exchange is free and the correct one ships the day yours reaches us.
The colour, covered for life
Colour cannot fade, because the colour is the metal. Anodised colour is grown into the titanium by electricity, so there is no coat on top that can wear through. But if an anodised colour ever fades on any piece, we replace the piece — for life. It is a promise we can only make because the colour is the metal, not a paint on it.
How to start a return
Message us on WhatsApp or write to hello@kumudra.in within the window, with your order number and a photo of the piece. We reply with the address and the steps — the process is a conversation, not a form.
Refunds
Once the piece reaches us and passes the check, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5–7 days. Paid by cash on delivery? Tell us where to transfer the money and it lands the same week.
What cannot come back
We cannot accept piercing jewellery once the seal is broken, kadas worn beyond a try-on, or pieces changed after delivery. If something arrived damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours with a photo — we put it right at our cost, and you are never left holding a bad piece.
