Prices

All prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. The price you see is the price you pay; the only additions are shipping charges and the COD fee, both shown clearly at checkout.

How an order becomes final

When you place an order you make us an offer. It becomes final when we confirm it on WhatsApp. If we cannot fulfil it — a shade gone, a delayed batch, an address we cannot reach — we say so before charging you, and refund anything already taken.

Returns, and the hygiene rule

Every purchase sits under the returns policy, which states the hygiene rule plainly: piercing jewellery returns only unopened, kadas within 7 days unworn, and the anodised colour is covered for life. That policy is part of these terms.

The colour promise

Anodised colour is grown into the titanium itself, so it cannot peel, chip or fade. If it ever fades on any piece, we replace it — for life. We do not ask how it was worn; the promise belongs to the metal, not the wearer.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kaithal, Haryana — where the metal, and the promise, are made.
