Where your parcel starts

Every order is made and packed in Kaithal, Haryana, and handed to the courier within 2–4 business days. Metros usually see the parcel sooner; the rest of the country a day or two behind.

What shipping costs

Orders above ₹999 ship free. Below that, shipping is ₹79, shown at checkout. The figure you see before paying is the figure you pay.

Cash on delivery

COD is available across India for a fixed fee of ₹49, added at checkout and labelled honestly. No other charge arrives with the parcel — what the courier asks for is what you were told.

Tracking

The moment a parcel leaves us, the tracking ID reaches you on WhatsApp and by email, in the same thread as your order confirmation. You never hunt through a week of messages for the number.

Where we deliver

At launch we deliver within India only. If you are ordering from outside the country, write to us first — international shipping is on its way, and we will tell you honestly what we can do today.

If a parcel is slow

Dispatch windows are estimates, not promises. The moment we see a delay at our end, you hear it from us before you think to ask.
